Product Details

Channel Rail is completely modular and is quick and simple to install. The 6 metre kit comprises of 5 x surface mount posts which are 60.3 dia x 1000mm high with a 3.6mm wall and are powdercoated in safety yellow. There are also 2 x 6m rails and a heavy galvanised channel at floor level. The system requires no on-site welding during installation. A key feature is that it protects pedestrians from forklift tines protruding into the walkway, as they move about. This later feature is accomplished by using an outwardly facing 200mm high by 6mm thick galvanised channel to trap the fork tines.
