Do you need shipping with that order?
Deliveries are generally despatched within 48 hours of your order. You will be notified within 24 hours of your order as to confirmation, payment and expected delivery of your order.
You will be charged a flat $40 plus GST for your order, if it's below $1000.00 before tax. If the order is above $1000.00, it will be FIS (free into store) regardless of value, size, weight and delivery location (provided that is within Australia).
To ensure a smooth delivery we require all the information requested in the order form section of this web site. We will require a street address for delivery and due to the size and weight of many of our products, you will need to have made suitable arrangements for unloading them. No liability will be accepted for the charges associated with re-deliveries, where the delivery cannot be made due to a customer not being present, or where the products cannot be unloaded.
No insurance is included in the purchase price or delivery charges, for goods in transit. If this is required, please contact us.
Deliveries outside Australia will be charged at cost. Please contact us for an estimate of these charges.
Payment: Barrier Group accepts direct deposit payment, cheque, 30 day approved accounts and also credit card payments by VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS (3% surcharge for AMEX payments) |
