By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not use or access this website. Pricing & Product Description
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price for ordered goods in exceptional circumstances. If a price for an ordered item is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
Barrier Security Products also keep the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Prices do not include GST.
If the product depicted has been replaced by a substitute, customers will be informed before payment and offered the chance to cancel the order.
We reserve the right to change this website, including price details at any time without notice.
Product Availability
All items displayed on this website are subject to availability. We endeavour to deliver goods 2-4 days after your order. If any product ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of your order being received. We will advise you of the likely delay, and keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date.
Order Confirmation
Shortly after your order is placed a member of the Customer Services Team will call to confirm your order details and delivery information.
We call to ensure customers have actually placed their orders, this protects both them and us from any potential fraudulent activity. This being especially so when the order is being paid for by a Credit Card.
14 Day Return / Refund Policy
We offer a 14 day money back refund on all our products (excluding Custom Made products). If you are not happy with your purchase and return it in the original condition within 14 days after receipt, your money (less a $50 handling/restocking fee) will be cheerfully refunded. NOTE that costs of return shipping are borne by you, the customer.
Payment
Prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars.
Credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge on Mastercard or Visa. We reserve the right to decline credit card payments (and/or request an alternative method of payment) at our discretion. If the card payment is declined by your issuer due to lack of funds available, we cannot hold goods against your order if there are other customers for the same goods who have available funds.
We also accept payment by EFTPOS cards and bank transfer (EFT) into our Australian bank account, orders will not be processed unless the bank transfer reference includes your order reference number and is cleared to our account. If an item is not in stock when payment is received, we will provide a full prompt refund. Should you cancel your order, we will provide a full refund within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
