Pricing & Product Description
Whilst we endeavour to ensure the prices on our website are as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to change a price for ordered goods in exceptional circumstances. If a price for an ordered item is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change and offered the opportunity to cancel the order. Barrier Group retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Prices do not include GST.
If the product depicted has been replaced by a substitute, customers will be informed before payment and offered the chance to cancel the order. We reserve the right to change this website, including price details at any time without notice.
All items displayed on this website are subject to availability. Please allow 3-5 working days for deliveries to NSW, VIC, TAS, QLD & SA, 5-7 working days for delivery to WA, 7-10 working days for delivery to NT from the date of despatch. Please allow extra transit time for large, heavy or bulky shipments. If any product ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 24 hours of your order being received. We will advise you of the likely delay, and keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date.
In line with our policy of constant product improvement, some products supplied may vary slightly from those depicted on this website.
Shortly after your order is placed a member of the Customer Services Team will call to confirm your order details and delivery information. We call to ensure customers have actually placed their orders, this protects both them and us from any potential fraudulent activity. This being especially so when the order is being paid for by a Credit Card.
14 Day Return / Refund Policy
All customers are urged to be very clear about selection of products before purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse credits or returns because of a change of mind.
We offer a 14 day money back refund on all our products (excluding Custom Made products). Notification of return of goods must be made within 14 days of purchase, all goods are to be returned in their original packaging and in a saleable condition (in our judgement).
Barrier Group will charge a handling and re-stocking fee of $100 for returns plus the cost of shipping the original products to you. You will also be responsible for the costs of freight back to us.

Credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge on Mastercard or Visa. We reserve the right to decline credit card payments (and/or request an alternative method of payment) at our discretion. If the card payment is declined by your issuer due to lack of funds available, we cannot hold goods against your order if there are other customers for the same goods who have available funds.
We also accept payment by EFTPOS cards and bank transfer (EFT) into our Australian bank account, orders will not be processed unless the bank transfer reference includes your order reference number and is cleared to our account. If an item is not in stock when payment is received, we will provide a full prompt refund. Should you cancel your order, we will provide a full refund within 30 days from the date of cancellation.
