FlexGuard™ Bollard
The FlexGuard™ Bollard is engineered to safeguard equipment and machinery, provide traffic guidance and visual warning, and protect infrastructure from potential collision damage caused by forklifts and other vehicles within internal and external industrial environments such as doorways, corners, entry and exit points.
FlexGuard™ Bollard
Flexible Protection That Bounces Back
Safeguard critical assets and infrastructure, provide essential traffic guidance, and prevent costly collision damage from forklifts, automated guided vehicles, and other industrial equipment in internal and external environments.

Designed to Deflect
The FlexGuard™ bollard is designed to absorb energy upon impact and return to its original shape. This flexible, impact-tested design helps reduce damage to both the bollard and the vehicle.
Two Diameters, Engineered for Your Needs
Choose the right protection for your specific application with two high-performance options.
The FlexGuard™ 168mm Bollard
This bollard is impact-tested to withstand impact from a 1.9 tonne impact at 7km/h at a 90° angle. Deflection at Max Energy: 15 ° lean or 300mm. It’s ideal for providing a visual warning and guidance in lower-traffic areas and sensitive zones.
The FlexGuard™ 190mm Bollard
For areas with higher risk, this bollard is impact-tested to withstand impact from a 3.65 tonne impact at 7km/h at a 90° angle. Deflection at Max Energy: 15 ° lean or 300mm. It provides enhanced protection for doorways, entry points, and high-traffic corners.

Space for Impact
When installing your bollard, it’s important to be mindful of the surrounding area. Leave a clear space directly behind the bollard to allow it to flex and absorb the force of a potential impact. This is crucial for the system to perform as intended and to prevent the impact from damaging the equipment or infrastructure you are protecting.
Installation
Our FlexGuard™ bollards are designed for straightforward installation to minimise disruption to your operations. Each bollard comes with a standard powder-coated steel baseplate, ensuring a secure and stable fit. For environments where corrosion resistance is a priority, such as in food manufacturing or chemical storage, we also offer stainless steel baseplate and fixing options that can be requested via special order.
