Column Cushions help prevent damage to structural columns by surrounding them with a polyethylene cushion. Our column cushion range includes two models: Standard and Heavy-Duty, depending on the requirements of your site.

Each model is available in a range of sizes to suit most square or round columns and are manufactured from a UV-stabilised, chemical-resistant, and non-conductive polyethylene, offering robust, long-term performance.

The two blow-moulded hard shells can be installed in seconds without the need for any tools and can be just as easily removed at any time for cleaning or maintenance. Both our Standard and Heavy-Duty models are designed for immediate, tool-free deployment. Simply align the halves and secure them together using the velcro straps provided. Once strapped in place, the Column Cushion stays firmly secured, providing reliable and extremely versatile column protection. The Column Cushions can be stacked vertically to achieve your desired height protection.

Heavy-Duty Column Cushion

The Heavy-Duty Column Cushion provides premium protection for structural columns in environments exposed to frequent impacts from heavy material handling vehicles such as forklifts. Engineered for resilience, this model is filled with high-density injectable expanding foam, enhancing its impact absorption capacity and helping to prevent costly damage to both vehicles and infrastructure.

The Standard Duty Column Cushion provides reliable protection for structural columns in areas where the risk of heavy vehicle impact is possible but low. Designed with the same external dimensions and high-quality finish as the Heavy-Duty model, the Standard Duty model offers a lighter-weight solution that safeguards columns from minor collisions, scrapes, and everyday inconsistent operational incidents.
