Column Cushion Standard Duty

Foam Filled Column Cushion From Warehouse Safety

The Standard Duty Column Cushion offers the same external design and dimensions as the heavy-duty model but without the internal foam filling. This creates a lighter-weight, more cost-effective option for areas with a lower risk of heavy impact while still providing effective column protection.

Column Cushions are a smart, cost-effective way to prevent costly structural repairs due to collisions. Common uses for standard-duty column cushion protection include general protection in:

  • Warehouses and distribution centres
  • Parking garages and loading docks
  • Industrial plants and manufacturing sites
  • High-traffic pedestrian or vehicle zones with lower risk of material handling vehicle impact but protection is still required

Available in a range of standard sizes that fit most square or round columns. U.V. stabilised, chemical resistant and con-conductive.

Each unit comes in two halves that wrap around the column or post. Simply align the halves and secure them together using the heavy-duty Velcro straps provided. No tools or hardware are required. Once strapped in place, the Column Cushion stays firmly secured while still allowing easy removal for cleaning or repositioning if needed.
